Class Qualification

Qualifying for the Homebuyer Education Workshop is easy. Simply bring proof of income and a state issued photo identification to the office before attending. If you register on-line, proof of income is required before participation in the Homebuyer Education Workshop. This can be submitted a week or two before the class, but no later than 8:30 a.m.the day of the class.
