Class Enrollment Process

Enrollment in the Homebuyer Education Workshop is simple.

  1. Register for class using one of the following mediums: on-line registration, phone registration or in-person.
  2. After completing the registration process, pay $30.00 individually or $50.00 per couple, which covers the cost of materials. (Cash or Postal Money Orders only). On-line registers may pay on-line.
  3. Download (for on-line registers) or pick-up your Homebuyer Education Workshop Guide
  4. Attend the informative, beneficial and exciting workshop.

Homebuyers' Club for Short-term and Long-term Customers

Our Homebuyers' Club is for families facing obstacles to homeownership that cannot be resolved in a few months. The Homebuyers' Club covers the same information as traditional Homebuyer Education Workshops, but spreads the material over a longer timeframe. This allows families to keep homeownership topics in the forefront of their minds while giving them time to pay off existing debt and save for a down payment. The series typically includes twelve or more hours of homeownership education in a timeframe of three to twelve months. It also creates an automatic support system to help families stay focused on their overall goal of homeownership while meeting and interacting with other families on the same path to homeownership.
