Application Process

The application process for the Mortgage Pre-Qualification is simple and easy.

  1. Schedule an appointment with our certified housing counselor.
  2. Pay $50.00 to obtain your tri-merge credit report
  3. Bring your financial documents (check stub, banking records, bills and etc.)
  4. Our certified counselor will upload your information into our Mortgage Pre-Qualification program
  5. The computer will calculate your results
  6. Our counselor will analyze results and provide you with an answer
  7. You will receive a stamp of approval
  8. If you are not pre-qualified, our counselor will determine your challenges and establish a plan to lessen your burden
  9. Completion of the HomeFirst Mortgage Pre-Qualification DOES NOT guarantee mortgage loan approval.
